We collect the following information when you use OnCue:
Account data: your name, email address, and optional organization details you provide at registration.
Practice session data: transcripts and audio recordings from your practice calls, your scorecard results, and the coaching feedback we generate.
Usage data: which features you use, how long sessions last, and general analytics to help us improve the product.
We use your data to provide the service: to run AI scoring on your calls, show your progress over time, and personalize coaching. We also use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and user experience. We do not use your data for advertising.
Practice calls are recorded so you can review your performance. OnCue stores recordings, transcripts, scorecards and coaching feedback to provide the service.
When you practice in a company workspace, that workspace's owners and managers can review those records for coaching and team administration. There is no private practice mode within a company workspace. Other team members do not receive this manager access unless they are given an owner or manager role.
OnCue and the service providers described in this policy process these records to operate the service. You can request deletion of your recordings by contacting us at brendan@acrepartner.com.
Company information. Company information your team adds to the workspace is shared within that workspace and used to personalize practice and coaching.
Leaving a workspace. Leaving a workspace does not delete your account or practice history. Once your membership has been removed, that workspace's owners and managers can no longer retrieve your history through its team views. Recording links issued before removal may continue to work until they expire, for up to one hour. Removal does not recall copies already downloaded.
Closing a workspace. To request workspace closure or deletion of company data, contact us at brendan@acrepartner.com. We will confirm the scope and handling of the request with an authorized company representative.
Some pages (for example the demo practice room and Cue the Objection) let you make a short practice call without creating an account. These calls need no name or email. The call audio and transcript are processed by our AI voice provider to run the live conversation and to generate your scorecard, the same way signed-in practice calls are.
Demo calls are recorded. Our AI voice provider processes the call audio, which includes your side of the conversation, and produces the text transcript on its own systems. The provider deletes its copy of a demo call after 30 days, and deletes the call audio as part of that. We cannot speak for how long that provider's own backups or internal logs hold a copy after a deletion request. If you would rather not be recorded at all, email us instead and we will walk you through the product without a live call.
We keep our own copy of the call's text transcript and the scorecard it produced, and we keep it after the provider's copy is gone. We use it to improve the coaching and the scoring, which means re-checking old calls whenever we change how calls are graded. We do not attach your name, email or network address to that copy, and we do not use it to work out who you are. It does contain what was said on the call, so treat a demo call like any recorded conversation and avoid naming real clients or sharing personal details you would not want kept.
For abuse prevention we keep a rate-limit identifier derived from your network address using a keyed one-way hash, not the address itself, alongside non-identifying usage analytics. Access to a demo call's scorecard is limited to the browser session that made the call via a short-lived token. If you want a demo call's data deleted, contact us at the address below with the approximate time of your call and we will remove it, including the recording held by our voice provider and our own copy of the transcript and scorecard.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate OnCue, including our AI voice and scoring infrastructure, our hosting provider, and our authentication service. These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely.
We retain your account data and scorecards for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion and data removal by contacting us at the address below.
We use minimal cookies to keep you signed in and to collect basic usage analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at brendan@acrepartner.com.
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No system is 100% secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
